Return Policy

We want you excited about your Thread Original gear. But if something isn’t quite right, no worries — you’ve got 14 days to send it back. Just keep it unused, in the original box, with the tags still attached.

Return Shipping
• If it’s just a change of mind, you’ll cover the return shipping.
• If your order arrives damaged, that’s on us. Email us within 3 days and we’ll send a prepaid return label.

Refunds
Once your return comes back and passes a quick check, your refund goes straight to your original payment method. Expect 3–5 business days for processing.
