Scan it anytime for instant access to trusted resources, including rides home, crisis support, domestic violence resources, sexual assault support, and other helpful services if you or someone you know ever needs them.

We created Thread Has Your Back because we believe feeling safe matters. Protecting your peace matters. Looking out for your friends matters.

Very.

For anyone who's ever said, "Hold on... I can't see anything in here." Small enough to take everywhere. Bright enough to find everything.

Aurora
The bag that does it all. Our largest illuminated bag is made for full routines, travel days, skincare, toiletries, hair tools, and everything else you don't leave home without. When the lighting lets you down, Aurora lights the way.

Still can't decide?

HOW DO THE LIGHTS WORK?

Push the button. Find your stuff. Be on your way. Our built-in LED lights shine directly into your bag, so you're not digging around in the dark for your lip gloss, keys, medication, AirPods, or whatever inevitably ends up at the bottom.

HOW DO I CHARGE MY BAG?

Every illuminated Thread bag comes with a USB-C charging cable.

Plug it into any USB power source and let it charge for about 2–3 hours.

One charge gives you up to 10–12+ hours of light.

Basically... charge it like your phone, then forget about it for a while.

HOW DO I KNOW WHEN IT NEEDS CHARGING?

Press the battery indicator button.

The three blue indicator lights show your remaining battery:

• 🔵🔵🔵 = High charge
• 🔵🔵 = Medium charge
• 🔵 = Low charge

HOW LONG DOES THE BATTERY LAST?

Long enough for flights, festivals, tournaments, concerts, backstage chaos, girls' trips, and late-night Ubers.

Expect around 10–12+ hours on a full charge.

WHY DO YOUR BAGS LIGHT DOWNWARD INSTEAD OF UPWARD?

Because the goal isn't to light up the room—it's to light up your bag. Our LEDs are intentionally angled downward to illuminate what's inside without shining in your eyes or everyone else's. It's bright where you need it and discreet where you don't.

DOES EVERY BAG LIGHT UP?

Our Aurora and Luna feature our built-in rechargeable LED lighting.

Nova and Lyra don't light up, but they still feature our signature insulated lining and organization system.

DOES IT COME WITH A CHARGER?

Yep.

Every illuminated Thread bag includes a USB-C charging cable right in the box.

CAN I LEAVE IT CHARGING OVERNIGHT?

The battery includes charging protection, but like most rechargeable devices, we recommend unplugging it once it's fully charged to help maximize battery life.

CAN I TRAVEL WITH IT?

Absolutely. Our rechargeable battery is travel-friendly, so your Thread bag is ready for airports, road trips, hotel bathrooms with terrible lighting, and everywhere in between.
